Tracker

OFFICIAL – CBS has announced the exact broadcast schedule for season 4 of ‘Tracker’.

CBS has renewed over a dozen series for the 2026-2027 broadcast lineup and, luckily for fans, the hit Justin Hartley drama Tracker made it to the list.

CBS announced the original CBS series has officially been renewed for a fourth season.

Fiona Rene, who stars opposite Hartley, celebrated the news on social media. “Luckiest gal on earth!” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

It comes as no surprise that CBS opted to renew the explosive series. Tracker Season 3, which aired in late 2025, was the #1 broadcast series with 17.3 million viewers, according to Nielsen. The show saw a small bump from the previous year’s viewership.

Based on the 2019 novel The Never Game by Jeffery Deaver, Tracker stars Hartley as lone-wolf survivalist Colter Shaw, who helps local police and citizens solve crimes. The series recently saw the arrival of Colter’s estranged brother, Russell, played by Jensen Ackles. It remains unclear if Ackles will reprise his role for Season 4.

There is a chance that fans will get to see Tracker Season 4 later this year. Considering the show’s previous release schedules, new seasons typically premiere in the fall, around October, and continue airing through the spring before returning with a new season later that very same year.

When will Tracker return with new episodes?

The show has been on hiatus since Season 3, Episode 9, “Good Trouble,” premiered on December 14. The episode shockingly ended on a major cliff hanger, which means fans have been patiently waiting for the hit series to return with new episodes.

The series will return from its winter hiatus with all new episodes beginning Sunday, March 1.

Fans still 13 new episodes to tune into when the show returns later this year.
