’90 Day Fiancé’ star accused of fraud, forgery
A former reality TV star has been accused of withdrawing funds from the account of her former employer and now faces two dozen charges in Wisconsin.
Leida Margaretha, 36, who previously appeared on the TLC show “90 Day Fiancé,” faces 24 counts tied to the alleged fraud, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Nexstar’s WFRV.
The complaint states that the owner of a company in central Wisconsin met with officers in February 2024 to report apparently fraudulent charges being withdrawn from the company’s bank account. The registered agent conducting the charges was identified as Margaretha, a former employee who left the company in January 2023 after an alleged argument with management.
Margaretha allegedly had access to the company’s account information through her former role.
The total amount of fraudulent charges added up to $14,473.92, according to the complaint.
In July 2025, an officer spoke with the business owner again. An authorization form was shown to be electronically signed by “Leida.”
Authorities explained in the complaint that, during this incident, Margaretha was already on bond for a case in nearby Columbia County. A condition of the bond in that case said Margaretha was to “commit no other crimes.”
She now faces 24 felony charges, including six counts of wire fraud against a financial institution, five counts of forgery, five counts of uttering a forgery, seven counts of bail jumping, and one count of theft in a business setting of between $10,000 and $100,000.
Court records show Margaretha is scheduled to have her initial appearance on February 18. According to additional records, Margaretha faces additional charges of identity theft in Winnebago County and felony bail jumping in Adams County. She is also scheduled to appear in Adams County later this year for charges of intentionally mistreating animals and disorderly conduct.
Margaretha appeared on “90 Day Fiancé” in its sixth season. IMDb says she was on 13 episodes from 2018 to 2019. She previously filed to separate from her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, but then asked for the court to dismiss the petition, TMZ reported. Rosenbrook told the outlet last summer that the couple was no longer together.
