90 Day Fiancé alum Eric Rosenbrook has been arrested.
The 47-year-old is facing two misdemeanor charges related to a July 4 incident involving his wife, Leida Rosenbrook, whom he met on the TLC series in 2018.
According to court records obtained by PEOPLE, Eric is facing battery and disorderly conduct charges in Wisconsin related to the arrest.
Eric was allegedly found passed out in his car outside their home by Leida, who told police he slapped her after she said he couldn’t hold their infant daughter due to his intoxication, TMZ reported. Eric admitted to slapping Leida, per the arrest report, and said they had split up following the fight.
Leida also alleged, per the arrest report, that Eric has been abusing her since they wed in 2018.
PEOPLE has reached out to Eric and Leida for comment.
Eric’s wife has been granted a temporary restraining order against him.
On July 7, Eric appeared in court in Wisconsin and pleaded not guilty to the two charges. That same day, an unnamed petitioner filed for a temporary restraining order against him, and it was granted.

Though his wife was not explicitly named in the court documents regarding the charges and the restraining order and instead remained anonymous, her initials and birth date were provided, and both match up to Leida.
The details of the restraining order were unavailable, but it was filed as a “harassment restraining order,” per court records.
Eric was ordered to avoid bars, refrain from substances and have no contact with Leida.
Per the court records, unless Leida waives the no-contact provision, Eric was ordered not to reach out to her.
He was allowed to see her, though, for the sole “purpose of visitation of their child in common at the hospital.”

Leida previously filed for divorce from Eric.
Eric’s arrest comes more than a year after Leida filed for divorce from him.
She filed on February 12, 2024, in Wisconsin, and at the time, she said they had no minor children. Within days, though, she requested that the filing be dismissed, and it was on February 21.
