Fans Reveal What They’re Most Excited to See on ‘Tracker’ Season 3

‘Yess, ready!’ one fan wrote.

Tracker fans are patiently waiting to solve some new cases alongside Justin Hartley’s survivalist and reward-seeker Colter Shaw.

While the anticipation for a third season—and plenty of unknowns about the season, considering half of the cast is no longer returning—is at an all-time high, there’s one thing fans are most excited to see pan out on-screen: the team-up between Colter and Reenie, played by Fiona Rene.

With the exit of Colter’s home base, Eric Graise, who plays tech whiz Bobby, and Abby McEnany, who plays Velma, ahead of season 3, Reenie remains the only other full-time star, which means there’s plenty of potential for them to get involved… professionally, and maybe even romantically. Colter may be a lone wolf, but there’s definitely chemistry between him and Reenie that some fans seem to want explored further.

The fandom shared their excitement to see “more Colter and Reenie banter? 🤩” on a video shared by the official Tracker Instagram account, with one fan stating, “Yesss, ready! 😊💙” and another adding, “Love this.”

“Oh absolutely… I love these two together!!!” someone else noted, with many others echoing the sentiment with comments like, “They look so good together!! 😍” and “Yes, ship them!❤️”

“I love Reenie, she is just as necessary as Colter. 👏👏” one fan declared.

Others loved the friendship, adding, “I like them, but not as a couple,” while another called for “Russell and Reenie.”

And we’ll definitely see that interaction in the Tracker Season 3 premiere, where Jensen Ackles, who portrays Colter’s brother Russell Shaw, guest stars.

The synopsis for Tracker Season 3 Episode 1, titled “The Process,” teases, “As Colter grapples with the shocking truth surrounding his father’s death, Russell joins forces with his brother to help track down the missing wife and daughter of one of Reenie’s clients. Their reunion finds them mixed up in a chain of events involving a sinister underground operation known as ‘The Process.’”

It’s unclear if the CBS drama will see any other returning guests, though it would make sense for Colter’s sister Dory (Melissa Roxburgh), as well as Colter’s love interest, who has assisted him in cases before, Billie, played by Hartley’s real-life wife, Sofia Pernas, to appear.

If we’re being honest, the guest stars have always been more of a draw than the supporting cast anyway.
