“1000-Lb. Sisters” star Tammy Slaton revealed her shocking 500-pound weight loss in new photos after she underwent skin removal surgery.
The reality star shared a series of photos of herself on TikTok earlier this week, including a snap of her posing while wearing sleeveless black shapewear.
Fans praised Slaton for continuing her weight loss journey.
“I love seeing your journey Tammy you have come so far,” wrote one user in the comments of Slaton’s TikTok video.
“Love that you’ve been so dedicated and successful with your weight loss journey,” added another.
A third fan said they were glad to see Slaton “healing up well” after her skin removal surgery.
“damn girl look at you shining and happy,” commented a fourth person.
Last month, viewers of the TLC reality show watched Slaton, 38, as she prepared to go under the knife to remove the excess skin from her body.
Slaton revealed that doctors removed more than 15 pounds of extra skin from her body.
“I’m shocked. Like, I feel so weird. I don’t have my hanging bitches off my face,” she said during the episode.
“My bat wings are gone, too. And I look down and there’s not nothing there but my lap now. It’s gonna take a little while for me to get used to seeing myself like this,” Slaton added.
Slaton began documenting her weight-loss journey on “1000-Lb. Sisters” in 2020. At the time, she weighed around 725 pounds.
In July 2022, she underwent bariatric surgery.
After losing more than a whopping 500 pounds, Slaton’s health has improved. She even ditched her walker and the oxygen support tank she used for 15 years.
